find me at the puce cafe

I've been disowning certain ideas that have always defined me, feels pretty sick :0. Other stuff too; my psyche is a pretty messy place right now. Lame, because my life has actually been really great lately, and I can still see how God's blessed me, all the time. I just need time to quiet down... eheh, and look, there time lies! I've never been so excited about Christmas break...

Once finals are over next week, I'll write you a quality post about all this. Or not; maybe I'll chicken out, or have sorted myself out by then, and you'll have to read some drivel on how much I love christmas. Hah xD

Latest sketch - something different

~~~~~*She narrowed her eyes in preparation for the climax of the story. "And then he called me a Zebra, and, and, I don't know if he loves me anymore!"
Her cousin shook his head and put a finger to his lips. Then, there was a silence as his eyes crossed, and he tactfully chose another finger.
"Now, now, Mabellie," her cousin began. "Maybe... well, I don't know about that last part, but maybe you really are a--well, maybe he meant Zebra in the nice way." * He glanced at her, and, making a quick but expert assessment of her mental condition, moved to plan B.
"Why," he croaked, fingering through his mind for a proper wording. "Why don't we go out for ice cream?"*~~~~~
Random. But, as always, applicable. Perhaps, your sketch is a freeze frame of the * moment in the yarn? Not really, since I wrote the tale before I sought for connections. Ohwell. I like it anyway.
And I wouldn't mind if you wrote some drivel about how much you love Christmas--it's easy material to comment on. ^________^
What, you're giving up feminism and starting courting? Cut me some slack I found the thought amusing ;)
Weien - Real thoughts are so much more amusing than drivel about Christmas. On the other hand your stories/comments are quite amusing :)
That is a very neat sketch... Quite different from most of your stuff, and intriguing. And of course, leave it to Weien to come up with a humorously exaggerated story snippet to accompany it.
Either way... I'm anticipating that "quality post," should it come, since you've now got me curious and also malinformed. But if you get everything sorted out before you have time to do that, then that's good too! Though I'll still be confused :-)
