Eighteeness...

Ah sorry guys... life is awesome, but as it's about to combust due to my crippling load of things to do, internet activities sorda got pushed to the back of the list.
I'm still at the task of planning my uber-late bday party (j00 guys are all invited!), since I think I ought to have some kind of gathering this time around. As for news on that actual week of October, on the other hand... I gotta say that if a birthday could ever be celebrated to death (with no formal party even!), then that pretty well describes my 18th starting the moment I walked in to my office at HQ last Tuesday.
First, the "decorations" they had plastered all over the walls were huge blown-up copies of, er... a little cartoon drawing that I had done of myself for a card our department made for Mary Kay some five months ago o_O lol. Then there was the food piled on top of my desk: doughnut hole things made by Tim, cookie bars made by Matt B, cracker things from Mary Kay, cookies from Alicia, krispy kremes from John, some bars whose maker I'm still not sure of, and virtual cookies from Peter who's gone but still managed to participate ^_~. Also, my department got me a shirt from thinkgeek.com, which Matt H had very nicely wrapped in reject paper from the warehouse xDDD ahhhh, so nice of them T__T. Then, flowers from Mary Kay, the book "In His Steps" from Mrs. Rees, and an awesome-looking drawing book from John ^_^. Cards from Mary Kay, Lydia, Ruth, Mrs. Rees, my housemates Jenny and Laura, and zhe computer department.
Another thing that must be mentioned are the crowds of people streaming into our office from different departments to give birthday wishes and help with the food xD. It was so cool to just chill with these people I never see during work hours; but, of course, I didn't get quite as much done that day... hehe.
Outside of HQ, I've also received cards from my beloved Shiowei, my quintet as a group, Hannah-dear (hummer driving xD!), and, cookies from Stephanie. From my parents, a new cell and some other good things :D.
As for other news... this quarter I started up COD classes again, something I'm getting really excited about. I'm only taking Psychology 100 this time, and it's been so fun I regret not taking more (of course, my schedule would die so it's quite an empty regret). I just LOVE psychology; my professor, Ken, is AWESOME and so are the other students. I have a theory on why I love them all so much; I'll have to formulate and post it some time...
Slacker kid one: (muttering under his breath) "Ah, two hours till the end of class."
Slacker kid two: (also muttering) "Two hours and a minute!"
The professor: (loud and clear) "Well I promise you it will FEEL like 1 hour 54 minutes!"
XD ahhh.... Well, I could have blogged three times as much, but alas I need to go.
Weien, ::sigh:: good old foos memories, it was beyond awesome... I wish you were at HQ! Love your latest poem.
Kash, that trip did have a lot of boat/forest time, actually; I just didn't write too much about it ^^. By the way, I'm really sorry about STILL not being done with my BattleSong entry =(. I'm trying my best to work on that when I can.
Shiowei, thanks for your thoughts ^_^ and that beautiful card!!! It was so encouraging!
Paula, you're hilarous xD. WORM CAKE!~ Well, I loved hearing your thoughts on completely submitting to God. Thanks for the encouragement. And yes, you have improved in art! Man!
Ka-chan, thanks for the song ^^ I haven't been able to hear it yet but I got the email.
Tara, sankyuu for the bday wishes! Ah, I didn't mean to not update for a month ^^;;;! Well I'll be seeing you soon =D.
...AHAHAHA I LOVE this weather, it's hyping me up! I crave the fall, and even more, I crave Christmas! Such glorious times to come...

Lo, visiting your site once a day, waiting for that fresh blog of which the first line will slowly be engrained into my memory after seeing it every day for a month...
"Ah sorry guys... life is awesome..."
Ahem. Anyway, looks like I netted the first comment again... *leaps for joy* So glad indeed, for you, yea. The celebration on the 4th was great news... makes one wish they were there.
And (hooray) the dialogues of your COD days are back! It's been a long summer. Here's one of mine:
Bio Prof: What are some of the possible Mammalian Predators of Macroinvertebrates here on the on-campus re-created long grass prairie?
Student 1: Shrews...*Prof: I'll write that down. Any others?*Student 2: Fox?*Prof: Yep.*Student 3: MOOSE!
Heheh. As you might guess, Vic, Student 3 is the one and only James. ^_^ So, you call him --Ken--? News to me! Ahwell. Props to Christmas! Looking forward to your next blog!

alas,here is my comment.
"ah sorry guys...life is awesome" are you...apologizing that life is awesome? what? because if you are, i forgive you. ohh, i see. as i read on you are sorry for not posting in a month+*i'm not sure if i can forgive you, but i'll do my best to try. i just want you think about what you've done, alright? okay, i'm glad we got that cleared up.
So, how should i adress you now? should it be Ms. Wang? i mean, you are old and everything, and Vicki/Victoria might not be respectable anymore. Lady Victoria? would that be alright? I apologize for my formal way of writing, i will learn to have more respect for dangerously old people.
yes. concerning your birthday party. it was pretty fun, i got to see some people i havent seen in a while and i recieved the chance of meeting your old heathen schooled friends. haha, they were cool even for non-homeschoolers. (i act as if i have homeschool pride, when in reality i'm not even homeschooled anymore, nor care whether anyone is homeschooled or not, so my act is all lies. i apologize.) yes, your birthday was way over celebrated. it was on the news the other night, and i threw my bowl of soup at the tele. oh wait, i lied. it was not soup, it was ramen noodles. not really a soup, just noodles. it was chicken flavoured, and was actually quite good so i didnt really throw much at the tele because i ate most of it. actually, it was just the chicken flavored ramen noodle juice. it really messed up my tv, and i'll try to never do that again. i make no promises.
aww! decorations? self portraits? Mary Kay? cookies? donuts? holes? sounds like a good time to me.
so, its about time i asked...how were they? you know...the ciggys...you are 18 now and can legally pollute your lungs and i assume you have taken advantage of the oppurtinity. *what did the shirt from thinkgeek.com say? those shirts usually provide entertainment while reading. what a joy.
so, apparently...you, Lady Victoria, are extremely popular. i suggest you run for president or something, because you should take advantage of that as long as the legalness to pollute your lungs by way of the cigarrette.
you got a new cell phone? i didnt even know there was an old cell phone! victoria, victoria. why must you fight so hard to keep me out of your life? you must give me your number so i can leave unecessary messages on your voicemail. arent you excited? yes, me too.
3 cheers for the college of dreams! you just LOVE psychology? how strange. i want to hear the theory on why you love them all so much, because this sounds like love is in the air, or something.
just how long is your psych class? it sounds extremely long. ofcourse nothing is as long as my crazy design class. what. a. bore. 3 hours, most of which taken up by stupid lextures on graphic design history. NOT INFO I NEEDED TO KNOW (rhymer!). anyways.
you could of blogged three times as much, but instead you leave me with this measly, puny, miniscule, pint sized, pitiful, teensy, shrimpish, scanty, runty, insufficiant, limited, dwarf, bantam, inadequate, abrupt, bluff, breviloquent, brusque, curt, skimpy post??? oh well. i suppose i will have to live.
i'm hilarious? haha, thats funny. you are a kind hearted person. like i said before, you should definately pursue a career in motivational speaking. you crave the fall and christmas? sure, christmas is fine but i crave summer! it was hott (with two t's!) today, but must days its stupidishly cold. yes, stupidishly. stop mocking me for my newly invented word.
alright, Lady Victoria. the only reason why my comment is short, is because you post was short. ofcourse, i could make up things about random things and talk about them.
hamburgers-why did they name them HAM burgers? theyre not ham! whats with the falsness in names? the lying must end!! mcdonalds hamburgers are disgusting, and i havent had one in years, because i couldnt take it anymore. but i eat their chicken, because its alright as long as you dont think about whether its actually chicken, or just some random stuff chopped up which is alot more probable seeing as how it is mcdonalds.
fears- hm...well as a christian i dont fear dying but instead embrace it... although i find myself fearing being alone, which makes no sense either because i'll never be alone! and ofcourse, i get wigged out around spiders, snakes, and slimy things. eww. oh! and vains. disgusting! blah! just thinking about my wrists and the blood coursing through the vains freaks me out! i dont understand how those crazy people can slit those! oh man! i wont be able to sleep tonight! thanks alot random!
Ian-your brother is so cute. seriously, beware cuz i just might put him in my pocket, he's just so adorable! i know another kid named ian, and he's not as cute, but he's certainly not ugly. infact, he's quite the opposite. but not as good looking as your brother, i tell ya, he is a looker. (you too weien, but i was talking about Ian).
well,i should go now.*for real.*eighty eights!*-Paula
